How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Normally orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 Business Days. Please allow 3-6 business days for peak sale events and holidays. Check your inbox in the case that we need any additional Billing Information to complete your order. Upon processing, Your domestic order will ship via UPS and your order should arrive 3-7 business days upon placing your order. Your tracking number will be sent to you through a company called Shipstation.com, please check your spam/junk emails as well. 


How can I track my order?
In the email that was provided by you, there will be an email sent by a company called Shipstation. Please check your inbox or junk folders for the tracking number. Please look in these areas before calling the customer service line.


Do we ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. All international orders are shipped through USPS shipping services. Shipping can take anywhere from 2 - 30 business days, depending on carrier. 


It's been several days since I ordered, where is my package update?
If your Billing, Shipping, and payment information all match up, then your order will ship on schedule. There are times when we will need to contact you to verify any information that is required. Please make sure that you are receiving emails from info@siiaccksports.com and we haven't been going to your spam box.


Can I return an item?
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.


How do I know the autographs are authentic? 
All items come with a SIIACCK Certificate of Authenticity. All items have been examined by SIIACCK SPORTS GROUP. All items have been obtained in person and guaranteed to pass any third party authentication. All items come with a tamper-proof sticker that will leave a "VOID" marking if removed. 


What carrier are items shipped with? 
All items ship free with USPS priority mail and come with a tracking number. USPS insures up the amount paid on all packages. We are not liable for any packages after they leave our warehouse.
